We are not aware of the identity of a user from which the non personal information is collected.  Non personal information which is being collected may include your aggregated usage information and technical information transmitted by your device including certain software and hardware information such as;

Our website provider uses SiteAnalytics where data is collected exclusively for statistical evaluation and technical optimisation of the website. 

No data will be passed on to third parties.


Every time a page is accessed, the web server automatically records the name of the requested file, the anonymized IP address, the date and time of access, the transferred data volume and the requesting provider (usage data) This data is saved to a server log file and used exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble free operation of the website and making improvements.  All usage data will be deleted by the website provider no later than seven days after the end of the visit.


It is ensured that only the minimum of personal data of customers visiting the Online Store required for business transactions is processed.

The inventory data of the website visitor is stored in case of an order.

All usage data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of the visit.  Personal data of merchants/order are stored as long as the store is in operation.

Email Usage and Forms


Tracking or logging is activated for statistical purposes.  We may track whether a newsletter has reached the recipient, has been opened and clicked on.

All participant data stored in contact lists such as name and email address as well as additional information provided eg telephone number are recorded if these are stored by the customer in the contact list.  Usage data for statistical purposes and for monitoring the service are collected by the tool.    We use Ionos as our website provider and the terms of information storage are from their own policy which can be referred to for clarification.


The data is collected with consent and out of necessity due to the purpose and functions of such a marketing product.

Personal data will be deleted 3 months after closing an account.  Event data such as statistics are deleted every 13 months during active use of an account.


No data will be processed outside the EU or EEA.
